PERMANENT COSMETICS & SKIN CAMOUFLAGE
With the constant battle of the average woman's workload, most women are constantly seeking ways to make their lives a bit simpler. Let's face it; women would love to wake up every morning with their make up in place. One less thing they have to think about fitting in before running out the door.
You could be their answer. Permanent Cosmetics are fast taking over the cosmetic world. With that in mind, we now have very skilled and not so skilled technicians. Why should you attend a school to learn Permanent Cosmetic procedures? It is relatively simple: Knowledge is the base of ALL business success.
| A Permanent Cosmetic School. An in house class room setting is the best. You will have "hands on training”, focusing on the many aspects of micro-pigmentation. From turning the key in the front door, to accounting, business techniques, equipment maintenance, complete bio-hazard handling & disposal & sterilization, outstanding artistic techniques with human anatomy & color theory, legalities & liabilities. The curriculum at our school is not limited to this list. It is impossible to list every subject you can learn at the Posh Academy. At Posh you will be trained by a Professional with over 30 years in the Arts, teaching, design, Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) member, and a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP). Permanent Cosmetic Professionals seriously do need a minimum of 60-70 hours of study in this industry before venturing out on their own. Moreover, a good qualified technician will enhance their knowledge with annual seminars to update specific areas of study, and stay focused on the industries changing theories & facts.

| Videos, DVDs & Media. Media training can be a learning tool. I am a believer that you can always pick up a new technique here and there. HOWEVER, beware! Media training is very basic and can be vague to the inexperienced technician. How are you going to be able to interact if you have absolutely no experience in this industry? What if you do make a mistake and need an answer right now? What if your situation is not demo'd on this video? Will you honestly feel comfortable putting a needle filled instrument on a clients FACE? ALWAYS... remember.. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Pre-packaged kits. HUGE THUMBS DOWN HERE. Most of the tools and pigments are very low grade. Instructional manuals are extremely vague leaving many windows open for error. Needles, Pigment, & Face are not a good combination without thorough training. You could be a lawsuit waiting for a court room. RED FLAG!!! . |
